I have just paid and licence is not working?
I have paid and the licence is not working, what should I do? This is simply an oversight. To fix, log in to your User Dashboard and go to the My Users page. Make sure you have applied the licence to your selected user. The website should do this automatically, but occationally it may need to be checked manually. If you have paid through a reseller, there may be a delay due to their administration time setting up your account.
