We've been working intensively with models, textures from Megascane (Quixel).
Since we have several collaborators working remotely we'we notice the Unite plugin isn't recognizing the SpecularToIOR.cube used from Megascan.
We used to work with a main scene plugged with several xrefs - which by the way, Unite beautifully relinks all files into one without the need to open several max files.

is there anyone having the same problem?
At the moment, we solved it open the max files where we have models from mega scan.
Which breaks the benefit of using Unite.

Thanks for the help

Hi Fernando,
That is strange, we should support most textures out there, but maybe Megascans is a bit different.
Is this not relinking Megascan inside of the XRef scene or within the scene your in.
If its the XRef, they may not be adding the support into the Asset tracker.
I'll create a test scene and see what I can found out.
Thanks for letting us know, we'll try and fix it asap.
Josh

Hello Josh,

Thanks for the quick reply.
So, we're having the problem in the main scenes (without xref) and within the central scenes (with xref).
Both show us there are no "missing files" (attached img01)

Though, when I open Asset tracking it doesn't recognize the texture as missing (which that is) and it doesn't change the path to the destination folder.
Note: We collect all the files in a texture folder inside the project.

We solve it set the path manually in asset tracking to our texture folder within the project.
Though, when we're using a scene plugged with xref this option is not available.
I have to open the scene where's megascan file is missing.

Let me know if you need extra help from us,
I'll be glad to do so,
Thanks

Fernando
